Milky Marble is an academic and educational store environment developed for demonstration, software testing, system evaluation, and technical assessment.

The platform is intended for University of Caloocan City students in Congressional Campus. Some products, listings, and content presented on the platform may be mockup or demonstration content.

The website allows users to:

The available products, customization options, prices, ordering periods, and stock quantities are controlled by the system and business administrators.

Customers may only order valid products and valid customization combinations.

Milky Marble uses both pre-orders and limited ready stock.

For ready-stock orders, the system checks the available inventory before confirming the requested quantity.

For pre-orders, the order creates a production requirement. Products that have not yet been produced will not be incorrectly deducted from finished-product inventory.

The website provides a payment facility, including QR-based payment.

Payment status must reach the required verification stage before an order proceeds to controlled fulfillment.

The exact payment verification process may depend on the payment integration implemented by the system.

Milky Marble orders are fulfilled through pickup rather than physical delivery.

Customers are responsible for following the designated pickup schedule and collecting their completed order during the applicable pickup period.

The system validates pickup dates and times against the available business schedule.

Orders may progress through the following statuses:

Pending Payment → Paid/Payment Verified → Confirmed → Preparing/In Production → Ready for Pickup → Picked Up → Completed.

An order may not proceed to controlled fulfillment until the required payment verification has been completed.

• Use only their own account.
• Review their order before checkout.
• Follow the pickup schedule.
• Use the payment system responsibly.

Users are responsible for transactions they initiate on the platform.

Customers may only view and manage their own account information and order history.

Employee access is controlled through role-based access control (RBAC). Employees are permitted to access only the modules and actions assigned to their role.

Product images, logos, brand names, website content, designs, and other materials used on the platform may be subject to intellectual-property rights.

Where third-party materials are used in mock product listings, they are intended for educational and demonstration purposes consistent with the platform's stated use.

Because the platform is designed as an educational and demonstration environment, Milky Marble does not guarantee that all demonstration products, features, payment interactions, or system functions represent a commercial retail service.

The Terms & Conditions document also provides disclaimers concerning warranties and limitations of liability related to reliance on mock products and payment interactions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developers, administrators, educators, and institution shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or financial losses resulting from the user's interaction with the demonstration platform.

Users acknowledge the educational purpose of the system and assume responsibility for transactions they initiate.

Milky Marble uses controlled access and audit mechanisms to protect system operations.

Major approvals, inventory changes, and financial transactions should be recorded and auditable. Completed financial and sales transactions should not be freely overwritten; corrections should use controlled adjustment or refund mechanisms.

Milky Marble reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when changes are made to the system, business rules, payment process, ordering process, or applicable policies.

Updated terms will apply after they are published on the website.

By using the Milky Marble website, placing an order, or proceeding through checkout, the user acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
